In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment options that we accept. Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within two to four weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

- 2 Professional cleanings ( D1110) per year
- 2 Doctor Dental Exams per year
- All needed x-rays as recommended by the doctor
- Oral cancer screening once a year
- Fluoride treatment as recommended by the doctor
- 1 Limited exam and X-rays as needed (ER VISIT)
- ***15 % off all dental services
Children Ages 1-11 — $390/year
- 2 Professional dental cleanings (D0120)
- 2 Doctor Dental exams per year
- All needed x-rays as recommended by the doctor
- Oral cancer screening once a year
- Fluoride treatment as recommended by the doctor
- 1 Limited exam and X-rays as needed (ER VISIT)
- 50 % off Sealants
- ***15 % off all dental services
Periodontal Package — $610/year
- Scaling and Root planning (quads) Initial at 15 %
- ***2 Periodontal maintenance
- 2 Doctor Dental Exams per year
- All needed x-rays as recommended by the doctor
- Oral cancer screening once a year
- Fluoride treatment as recommended by the doctor
- 1 Limited exam and X-rays as needed ( ER VISIT)
- ***15 % off all dental services
