Wow, from start to finish I couldn’t keep the smile from my face. I had the pleasure of being under Rachel’s care as I had my dental check-up. Rachel created such a welcoming and joyful environment. She was thorough with my cleaning — offering explanations and tidbits of information that I’ll cling to as I care for my teeth in the future, and she made the appointment feel like a reunion between beloved friends. She made me feel like more than a patient on a to-do list. That’s her superpower. It’s clear Rachel loves what she does because she makes those around her feel deeply cared for, even the plants in the office. I look forward to seeing her at my next appointment, and it makes me happy to know that other people have the luxury of getting to know her in the meantime. It may have been one appointment, but it brought me joy I’ll carry through the days that follow.
