If I could rate them zero I would. I spoke to a person who got my insurance information: confirmed that they took my insurance. I called my insurance to verify in network coverage. Insurance confirmed my benefits. Only to find out the day of the appointment that my insurance did not allow the benefits as they were maxed out. And these people waited until an hour before the appointment to do this? When I literally sent them my info a week prior? Avoid this place like the plague.

Since moving to Fort Mill I have experienced several dental emergencies, and am not generally proud of the condition of my teeth. Dr. Dominguez, Dr. Rucker and Dr. Walker have all been in my mouth at one time or another. They could not have been more gentle or respectful and saw me as soon as they could work me in. I can't thank them enough for their help and the amazing quality of their work. Dr. Patricia Rucker McCray saw me at her office in Lancaster, Rucker Dentistry, when I was again in a bad way.
