FIRST OFF ALL MY INFORMATION WASN'T IN THE SYSTEM AT CHECK IN !SECOND THE CHAIR WAS BROKE IN THE ROOM!STAY AWAY FROM DR.JANUARY WALKER AND THE ASSISTANT. JACKY These are my results after getting 3 filling they was gonna let me bite my tongue off she kept telling me to bite down rub your teeth together KNOWING I WAS NUMB THEN THE DOCTOR TALK TO ME ABOUT THE PROCEDURE WEDNESDAY AND IM THINKING I WOULD OWE 58.00 FOR EVERYTHING WHEN I RETURNED I HAD TO PAY 125.88 BECAUSE OF THEM DROPPING THE BALL THE INFORMATION DIDN'T GET TO THE FRONT DESK WHICH ISN'T MY FAULT A REAL HONEST DOCTOR WOULD HAD MADE IT RIGHT BUT NOT DR.JAN BEAWARE IF YOU USE THIS DENIST IT WAS THERE MISTAKE NOT MINES BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR IT! I RETURNED on 7/22/2019 for my cleaning and they rejected me due to my google review which they have a sign up in the office stating to add a review but i guess thats for the good reviews only she stated she sent a certified letter out which suppose to been here on 7/19/2019 i didn't receive it so i went to my appointment that was schedule they let me sit in the lobby for about 15 min before i was called back and told that they seen my review and presented with a letter the drop the ball again no professionalism at all

As always the staff here is GREAT!!!!! BJ always does a fantastic job with cleanings and guiding me on where I need work. Very much a family atmosphere.
