When I arrived for my first appointment a dental assistant talked to me and started the X-ray process A dentist came in welcomed me and told me she would be back to do exam after her assistant had finished. I thought all was well. However a different dentist came in did the exam when I asked questions about the treatment plan and cost he told me he was covering a shift and I wouldn’t see him again. That he normally worked in another office. A third person did my cleaning which was fine. They told me I needed a crown, when I called the next day to ask some questions and schedule I had to leave a message two days later still no call. I called again left another message still no response, I finally just kept calling until I reached someone and asked my questions. I decided to look for someone else to do the crown because it was apparent to me they did not care & I felt like a number So if you are looking for routine cleaning probably all good my family member loves them but has only had cleanings.

Kathy is 100% the best ever. She is so friendly and does a wonderful fresh cleaning on my teeth. She is one of the hygienist and everyone there is so nice. My husband and I love D & R for our family.
